My 4 month photo shoot!

I'm 18 weeks old!

Brenden had his 4 month check-up today. He is now 16 lbs 9 oz, putting him in the 80th percentile for weight. He is 26 an 1/4 inches tall, putting him in the 90th percentile for height. He's a happy, healthy little boy despite the 4 shots he got. We are going to go ahead and meet with an orthapedist to check out his right hip development and will know in a couple of weeks if he will need any sort of brace.

Fun with rice cereal...

This is more of an art project that actual eating...but fun nonetheless!

My second attempt at eating cereal...a bit more productive than the first...but most of it still wound up in the bottom of my bib...

thank goodness for plastic bibs with pockets...

Brenden may have just gotten his big break! We were getting his 4 month pictures taken on Friday and the photographer asked permission to submit his photo shoot for their book/catalog since he was so much fun to take pictures of. True to form, as soon as she finished taking his pictures, he completely melted down and screamed for a solid 5 minutes until I could get a bottle ready for him! I'll post the pictures in a few days when I have the email link to them!

A visit from my Great Aunt Kay and Uncle Dave...they brought me my first Tonka Truck!

I was so tired after they left...I fell asleep sitting up!
